The Ministry of Economy and Planning signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Regulatory Policies Association. The MOU stipulates activating the partnership between the two sides and harnessing their expertise and capabilities in order to achieve the common objectives that reflects the national interest.
The MOU framework is based on cooperation in building projects that realize benefit in the areas of policies and legislation, cooperation in developing the capabilities of employees in the areas of legislation and policies, in addition to cooperation in setting in motion the tasks and responsibilities related to activating the measurement of regulatory impact, exchanging knowledge, and sharing experiences between the two parties.
The MOU was signed by Anwar A. Hammad, Assistant Deputy Minister for Economic Policies and Programs, Ministry of Economy and Planning, and Maher H. Alsubaie, Chairman of the Board, Regulatory Policies Association.
